MASSACHUSETTS RENTAL VOUCHER PROGRAM (MRVP)
The GHA has long-term contracts with several local property owners for
project-based MRVP assistance.
Households pay a monthly affordable rent based on their income. Applicants must
meet income limits and other program requirements. Preferences are available to
qualified displaced/homeless individuals, victims of domestic violence and
persons who currently work or reside in Gloucester. This program offers SRO,
one and two bedroom units.
